There was once when Emails were adequate for files sharing and long distance communication. Even so, the world has advanced so much that we now expect something faster, more dynamic and most importantly, in real time.

The whole tedious process of uploading, sending, editing, and re-sending a file or message is history. Google Docs has changed the landscape. Real time file sharing, editing and communicating have never been this fuss free and quick.

Free for all to use, it is no surprise why millions are leveraging on this revolutionary Google product for both business and personal uses.

If you have not tried Google Docs, you are missing out and should get started right now! Rather late than never. Sign up for a gmail account and log on to Google docs here to get started. Did I mention how easy Google docs is?

Here’s what’s in store for you: Google Docs allows you to create word documents, spreadsheets and presentations online.

Not only that, it also allows you to share and communicate real time with your partners and colleagues. You can literally see which spreadsheet cell your peer has just selected and read what he/she is writing at that very moment. This is real time as promised, just for you.

Commoncraft has created a wonderful video that explains Google docs in less than 3 minutes. Watch it to understand its primary functions.
