With the slow but sure recovery from the DDoS attack, Twitter got plenty to thank Google for, especially when Twitter is the most affected among others.
According to Twitter Co-founder Biz Stone, the Twitter team has learned a lot from this incident and will be better prepared next time (if this ever happen again).
With Facebook’s acquisition of FriendFeed not long ago, I can’t help but wonder if Google and Twitter could ever join forces to ward off challenges posted by Facebook.
My dad once taught me that nothing is free under the sun. This sign of goodwill may not be as simple as it seems.
