Apple maintains Top Spot for Customer Satisfaction Index Rating

The University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index report is out.

Apple scored a 84 index rating, maintaining at the top spot under the personal computers category. The second place was claimed by Dell with a 75 index rating (what a huge gap!).

The other brands all shared the same score of 74.
