A man threatened to kill himself in a thread posted on Google Adwords Help Forum.
The man was frustrated by the fact that his ads were not running, thereby affecting his business, which he placed all his time and money into.
Here’s a timeline of the thread, with the man named indianmemo.
September 5
His threat and desperate cries were posted in the thread.
September 6
He posted an email he received earlier (Sep 3) from the Adwords team, which obviously did not provide him with a satisfying solution.
September 7
A day later, the Adwords Help owner tried to address the issue and also very politely asked him to be reasonable.
Apparently, his ads were running again for a while before they failed again.

I wish him alive and kicking. Waiting for help, as in this case can take up the rest of your life.
Since Adwords is so widely used across the globe, maybe providing a 24 hours help service would save many users the agony. Having an Adwords Team standing by will definitely reduce such threat cases.
For the rest of the people who are facing the same problem, please don’t do anything silly. There’s so much more to life than Adwords.
