December 1 is World AIDS Day and together with joinred.com, we are trying to turn Twitter RED today, literally.
33 million people have HIV/AIDS and 22 million of them are in Africa. 4100 men, women and children die in Sub-Saharan Africa from this preventable, treatable disease. In fact, we can save them with 2 pills a day for just 40 cents.
If that’s the case, why are so many of them dying? We need to spread the message and educate the ignorant. We need to tell people that we can stop this, only if we come together and do something.

Just look at the difference of being treated and not!
Action
“The AIDS epidemic has been described as the greatest public health challenge the world has ever faced. And the epicenter of this crisis is Africa, where AIDS is the leading cause of death.”
Take this opportunity to act now. It’s easy to get on with our lives and pretend that the people in Africa are not suffering. But it’s also easy to help spread the message and donate.
