Google has gone back to the good, old days when people actually used snail mail.
During the holidays, Google is offering the chance for users to send one special person a postcard on its account.
There are six designs to choose from, and you can write up to 255 words. To create your free Google holiday card, go here.

I love that Google is doing this. Getting something in the mail is so much more personable than getting a text or email, which says the same thing. Whenever I receive a letter or card in the mail, it brings a smile to my face. The reason is that I know that the person took the time to write the letter, put it in an envelope, slap a stamp on it, and put it in the mailbox. By sending this holiday card, you can show someone what he/she means to you.
The only catch is that it’s limited in the US or military posts. I just sent a Google postcard to my sister who is in the Air Force, currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
If you have already sent one, Google allows you to print out additional postcards if you would like to send them to other special people in your life.
