Whether you are a social media newbie or a power social media user, the best advice you are ever given is to aggregate all your social networking life: link to all your web profiles from Digg, list all your accounts on your Flickr page, create interactive widgets containing your social media activity and post it to your blogs, etc.
This is the best way to let your friends know about your other accounts and thus grow your social media power across multiple networks simultaneously.
This post looks at best ways to consolidate your social media life into your Facebook profile:
1. Upload your Flickr photos to Facebook
Flickr has a built-in feature allowing you to publish your photos to Facebook. To access it, simply follow these steps:
– Go: Your Account -> Extending Flickr;
– Scroll to the very last option called “Your Facebook account”
– Click “Link your accounts”
– You are done! Now your latest Flickr uploads will be added into your Facebook News Feed and Mini-Feed.
Edward Khoo offers yet another way to integrate your Flickr photos to Facebook. This tip may be useful if you don’t want all your photos added to Facebook:
– Save this bookmarklet to your web browser’s bookmarks (just drag and drop to your Bookmarks toolbar);
– Go to the Flickr page with the image which you would like to upload to your Facebook profile
– Click the bookmarklet and choose the album you would like to upload the image into.
– You are done!

2. Update your Facebook friends on your Tweets
This application will connect your Twitter profile with your Facebook account: every time you tweet, your Facebook status will be updated.
If you tweet quite a lot and don’t want to hijack your friends’ Facebook updates, use this app that will only update Facebook status with Tweets containing the #fb hashtag (this way you can control which Tweets your Facebook friends will see):

3. Post your StumbleUpon shares to Facebook
Since last year, StumbleUpon has been actively integrating its shares with Facebook. SU official application can be found here. It basically allows you to submit to StumbleUpon and your Facebook wall simultaneously.
I find StumbleUpon’s URL shortener (and its official bookmarklet) particularly useful for easy sharing on Twitter, StumbleUpon and Facebook at the same time:

4. Share your Digg stories on Facebook
Digg has been encouraging sharing on Facebook since 2007. Now, once you have this Digg app connected to your Facebook account, you can sign-in with your Facebook account details as well as share stories on Facebook from the submission page or the Digg bar:

5. Promote your professional LinkedIn account on Facebook
LinkedIn is more about working, Facebook is more about having fun. Still, 90% of my LinkedIn business contacts are my Facebook friends: this way we can get to know each other better. And on the other hand, many people who befriend me on Facebook, might want to consider me as a business partner, and that’s when LinkedIn integration looks so wise.
MyLinkedIn profile is my favorite app to promote my professional profile on Facebook. It creates a handy badge on my Facebook profile page that allows my (new) friends to easily access my business resume:
