Walmart’s clown ad claimed top spot in AdAge‘s weekly viral chart with more than 1.7 million views on the web last week, overtaking Evian’s Roller Babies.
Another notable ad video that is on the list belongs to Bridgestone’s “3 Friends and 1 Whale” teaser. Creativity wise, I would certainly pick it over Walmart’s ad. Bridgestone created a teaser that got me hooked almost immediately. The weird settings (a whale in the car?) made it even more intriguing. Walmart, on the other hand, emphasized on low prices, predictable but humorous.
