Facebook’s New Photo Uploader

More than 2.5 billion photos are uploaded to Facebook each month. Imagine how many more there would be if uploading wasn’t such a pain sometimes.

A new photo uploader that is faster and simpler certainly sounds appealing.

According to Inside Facebook,

“The company has rebuilt the uploader to run as a browser plugin, which should mitigate the bugs and other problems that users have sometimes encountered with it to date. To get started, users will need to install the plugin in their browser, a process the company says should only take a couple minutes max.”

I have tried it and uploading is a breeze now!

The photos were uploaded in a minute.
