Google sells ads. In fact, its whole business model is based on generating advertising revenue. That is how the search engine giant made a profit of $6 billion last year.
How on earth did it manage to do that?
By having a role to play in every aspect of the web, of course. It has been plotting strategically since day one, and every acquisition reveals information of their next agenda. There is no doubt that its ambitious plan has angered some of giants along the way, typically Apple.
