    What I can't figure out is why a lot of companies are still just saying “find us on facebook” or “follow us on twitter” instead of using the actual URLs.

    i guess putting the url is kinda like a clutter and no one is going to note it down. if people are sincere to follow a business on these social sites, they will remember the name of the company. searching for it would then be a breeze.

    just my thoughts.
