Like it or not, people are talking about your business. The key thing to be concerned of firstly is about the quality of your products and services. A lousy product doesn’t last long, especially in today’s digital era. The second thing is to be part of the Twitter community. If used appropriately, Twitter could help build better brand engagement and experience with your consumers. This generally lead to better opinions about your brand. Lastly, Twitter provides real-time reviews for constant self-reflection. Whether they are positive or negative, you would definitely be the first to hear and act on it.
