Being creative is important but getting the key business messages across to the consumers is even more crucial. In today’s social media age, too many agencies and advertisers focus on getting the “buzz” right and loud. The key business messages are often forgotten.
In essence, creativity is a supporting element to better communication. The video below did extremely well to illustrate how a creative campaign succeeds in generating buzz but failed miserably to communicate the business messages.
