In today’s social media age, too many agencies and advertisers focus on getting the “buzz” right and loud. The key business messages are often forgotten. McDonald's understood that and to create the perfect juxtapose, they planted sleepers under its coffee ads, promoting its 2 weeks free coffee campaign in Canada. The copy relates strongly with the planted sleepers: "Looks like someone could use a free coffee."
