Cisco has just published its annual Visual Networking Index, and the company forecasts that internet traffic is likely to reach over 80 exabytes per month in the year 2015. That's four times as much as the traffic levels we have now. The University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index report is out. Apple scored a 84 index rating, maintaining at the top spot under the personal computers category.
